Crown made mincemeat of Waggonmakers’ unbeaten record with a superb performance at Heywood Leisure Centre. Unbeaten in the best part of two seasons, the Bury side were no match for a Crown side who were backed to the hilt by a vocal home support in their Bury Sunday League clash. Carden Special lights Up Leisure Centre as Crown storm to victory

Crown played some entertaining football to hammer Cheers Bar in their Bury Sunday League Millennium Cup quarter-final clash at Heywood Leisure Centre on Sunday. They hammered their opponents from Bury 5-1 to progress into the semis. Crown currently sit third in the Premier Division, just one point ahead of Cheers, but the gulf in class was there for all to see on a beautiful Sunday morning.
